Overview
The Waianiwa School Board Of Trustees is looking for an experience main contractor to complete the remaining low level roof replacement (Stage 2) work at Waianiwa School. Work includes for the removal of the existing substrate and membrane cladding, re-pithing of existing roof structure as required and construction of new substrate and membrane, along with associated roofing and flashing detail construction.
